Raffinose (Anhydrous, CAS 512-69-6), also named melitriose, is a natural non-reducing trisaccharide composed of D-galactose, D-glucose and D-fructose. It is extracted from beet molasses or cottonseed, processed via high-temperature dehydration to remove all crystal water.
