Introduction:
Rubber Accelerator MBTS(DM) gives flat, moderately fast cures in NR, IR, SBR, NBR, EPDM, IIR. Can be used alone as delayed action accelerator, normally with accelerators of guanidines & thiurams. Mainly used in manufacture of tires, tubes, shoes, rubber cloth and other technical rubber goods, especially those special-shaped products demanding high intensity.

Application:

Accelerator MBTS can be used for natural rubber, synthetic rubber and reclaimed rubber. Its use is basically similar to that of accelerator M, but the vulcanization critical temperature is higher (130°C).

It is mainly used in the manufacture of industrial products such as tires, hoses, rubber shoes, wires, cables, and adhesive tapes. It can also act as a plasticizer or retarder in neoprene.
