Introduction.
Myristic acid is a common fatty acid that is found in both plant oils and animal fats. It is also known as tetradecanoic acid. It is so named because it is a chain of 14 carbon molecules with a CH3 group at one end and a COOH group at the other.

Application:

1). Used as a chemical reagent, also used in the synthesis of spices and organic substances.

2). Used in the manufacture of emulsifiers, water repellents, curing agents, PVC heat stabilizers and plasticizers, etc. It is also a raw material for spices and pharmaceuticals.
