The main component of calamine and secondary minerals formed in the weathering or oxidation of zinc ore belt, is sometimes substituted carbonate rock may constitute zinc ore. Used as a zinc carbonate light astringent, calamine, skin protective agent, raw latex products.

Application:

In industrial application, it is used as Light astringent, raw material in Rayon production,Desulfurizer in fertilizer production, Raw materials in Catalyst production, and widely applied in Rubber industries, paint and other chemical industries. In oil drilling, Zinc carbonate can be used as Corrosion inhibitors, sulfur removal agent in Oil and gas wells to react with H2S to get a stable/insoluble ZnS to get rid of the pollution and corrosion of H2S.
