Introduction:
SUNION Grade S-1501 is a linear tri-block product, using styrene and isoprene as monomers, and a thermoplastic elastomer synthesized by anion. The product is compact particle, and it has transparent or translucent particle appearance, which is similar to most of the hard plastic, with 15% styrene content and less than 1% the di-block content.
Application:
1. Adhesive tape application.
S-1501 is a pure tri-block SIS product with good elasticity, cohesion,high temperature resistance and high isoprene content. It can satisfy the tape at the beginning of the surface of the viscous force While is used in adhesive tape, it also can reduce the adhesive tape unglued.

2. Label glue application.
S-1501 also has a good initial viscosity, which can be used in combination with the high SI di-block products, so as to maintain the high initial viscosity of the label and good die-cutting effect. Secondly, it can improve the disadvantage of low cohesion of high SI block products, and effectively reduce the problem of degumming or migration of label glue. Thirdly, this product can increase the temperature resistance of the label and effectively improve the degradation of label glue due to environmental temperature rise.

3. Masking tape application.
Use with the di-block product, S-1501 can not only balance the requirements of rubber cohesion, effectively prevent the masking tape after use in adherend leave residue, but also can keep the colloid surface tack, prevent textured paper shedding in the applica.
