1. Used in industrial preparation of fungicides. It is an intermediate of fungicides such as rust-killing amine, phenoxystrobin and trifloxystrobin.
2. Used as a synthetic raw material for the vinyl chlo-ride polymerization initiator MBPO.
3. A synthetic raw material for common chemical fragrances.
