Product Description
Potassium sorbate is the potassium salt of sorbic acid and is one of the approved preservatives in China. It is a white to light yellow flake-like crystal, crystal particles or crystal powder. Potassium sorbate is mainly used as a food preservative, and is also used for cosmetics preservation and feed anti-mildew, etc. It has a strong inhibitory effect on spoilage bacteria and molds, and is easily soluble in water, thus being widely used.
