Calcium hydrogen phosphate is a white monoclinic crystalline powder, odorless and tasteless. Its relative density is 2.32. It is stable in the air. It begins to lose water at 75℃ to form anhydrous calcium hydrogen phosphate. Calcium hydrogen phosphate can be used as a buffer, a loosening agent, a dough conditioner, a nutritional supplement for food, a yeast feed, an emulsifier, a curing agent, an antioxidant enhancer, and a stabilizer. As a food and feed additive, it is used to supplement phosphorus and calcium elements in livestock and poultry feed.
